About Office Management System
Modern software technology and tools allows even small medical offices to have office management system almost as powerful as hospitals have and our growing Office Management system is targeting this goal.
Our Office Management system consists of several independent modules; adding new modules enriches overall Office’ functionalities.
Office has intuitive, simple easy to use user interface, easy to set-up and inexpensive to maintain.
Having in mind that not all the offices are alike Office is built on software technology allowing quick and inexpensive forms and configuration customization – it can be used as web-based as well as being installed on single computer or on local network.
Our latest Office Management system consists of Scheduler – Appointments Management Module and Patients Management Module allowing maintaining patients list, their medical history and payments records.
#1. Here’s how Appointments Scheduler looks like. By default administrative settings there are three dental specialists (dentist, hygienist and orthodontist) working in the office. Day slider on the button gives you clear visualization of appointments assigned on selected day; green stripe on day slider shows time taken by appointment. Day’s pane on the left has the list of days with appointments with current amount of appointments on this day shown in red.
#2. Here’s how Patients List looks like. There are only two fields required to enter: patient’ name and day of birth, all other fields can be filled when it needed; it simplifies building Patients List. Patient with medical alert has his/her name presented in red.
#3. Patients Management allows to create and modify each patient medical history and payments records. To invoke patient medical history or/and payments record it is just enough to select patient from the patients list.
#4. Patient payments records separated in cash, HMO and PPO. Cash and PPO payments records organized per day, while HMO – per month.
